We are proud to sell the top of the line OWS Windmill Aeration System.  This system provides a continuous supply of oxygen to your water source.  Some natural aeration is produced by surface wind, which aerates only the top layer of water.   Below the surface, the water stratifies and becomes choked.  When left unconditioned, the deep water develops quality problems.  This system releases air into the bottom of the pond and ensures aeration throughout the entire volume of water.  Coupled with the surface wind, the water supply is circulated to maintain its healthy state.

The Windmill is simple with few moving parts and has no gears!   It's efficient and very easy to maintain.  The basic design has 12 galvanized blades to catch the wind and turn the crankshaft.  This pushes the HUGE diaphragm (bigger diaphragm, more air) which acts like a piston, forcing air out on the down stroke at 3.5 CFM and 30 PSI of air.   It's inexpensive and does a wonderful job of pond aeration.

American Windmills is proud to be a supplier of this wonderful aerating Windmill.  The package consists of a  70" diameter Windmill, a 12', 16' 20' or 30' tower, 100' of 1/2" air tubing, foot valve, pressure release valve,"T" and the pond diffuser.  *Prices are:

ANNOUNCING OUR NEW WINDMILL:

For 2007, we are proud to introduce a windmill that can be a decorative, ornamental windmill, or act as an aerator for a small backyard pond.  It stands 11 feet high and has a 27" blade diameter.  Anchors are provided for easy installation.  If you want to use it as an aerator, that kit includes 35' of non weighted hose, 15' of weighted hose and an airstone.  The compressor has a 2 bearing diaphragm pump and produces up to 6 PSI and moves .3 CFM.  You can add this kit at any time.
It has a full 1 year warranty and weighs only 51 pounds.  It ships in 1 box, UPS.

It's available in galvanized steel or powder coat colors of bronze, red and white...and green and yellow, like this one.

This windmill will cost $625 including the freight AND aerating parts kit.  THAT'S a heck of a deal!
